International Municipal Forum

The International Municipal Forum is a respected business platform for the exchange of best practices, technologies, and effective solutions to ensure the sustainable development of cities and regions, strengthen ties between representatives of regional and municipal authorities, and develop economic relations with other countries.

The Executive Order on the International Municipal Forum signed by the President of the Russian Federation on 29 December 2025 made the Forum an annual event that aims to strengthen business relations between representatives of regional and municipal governments and entrepreneurs from Russia and abroad.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation Alexei Overchuk serves as Chairman of the International Municipal Forum’s Organizing Committee.

The Government of Moscow acts at the General Partner.

The Forum is organized by the Roscongress Foundation, with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Presidential Executive Office, the Government of Moscow, and the All-Russian Association for the Development of Local Self-Government.

Take part in the Forum

Participation in the Forum is free, but you have to register beforehand. All applications will be reviewed by the organizers. Once your participation is confirmed, you will need to obtain an accreditation badge in order to be able to enter the venue.
