Frequently asked questions
-
What is IBC and what services do you offer?
IBC (International Business Consulting) accompanies international businesses at the world’s leading B2B forums. We arrange participation, handle visas and documents, build a tailored meeting agenda, and support clients at every stage — from event selection to post-forum follow-up.
-
Which international forums can you arrange participation at?
We work with the largest business events, including SPIEF, EEF, BRICS and SCO forums, as well as industry conferences across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The full list and the upcoming schedule are available in the Events section.
-
How is the cost of accompaniment calculated?
The price depends on the chosen event, the format of participation (delegate, speaker, exhibitor), the number of attendees, and additional services — visa support, interpreters, individual B2B meetings, media coverage. We finalize the quote after a consultation that clarifies the goals of the trip.
-
Do you assist with visas and documents?
Yes. We obtain official invitations from the forum organizers, help you collect the document package, book consular appointments, and support your application until the visa is issued. When needed, we engage local partners in the destination country to speed up processing.
-
How are B2B meetings organized at the forum?
Before the trip we agree on the profile of contacts you’re interested in and prepare a list of potential partners — business representatives, relevant ministries, and industry associations. On site we build the meeting schedule and provide an interpreter as well as an IBC representative to take part in the negotiations.
-
How long does it take to prepare for a forum?
It is best to start 6–8 weeks before the event date — enough time to register at early-bird rates, obtain a visa, and plan your B2B meetings. We also handle urgent requests with shorter timelines, but in that case some early-registration benefits may no longer be available.
-
How do I start working with IBC?
Submit a consultation request — our manager will get in touch within one business day, clarify the goals of the trip, and propose a suitable format of participation. You can also reach us directly via the Contacts section.
