XII St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum

Since first being held in 2012, the St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum has gained a reputation as a unique opportunity for the worlds of culture and art to come together and engage in open, meaningful discussion of the issues facing a cultural scene in constant flux.

The Forum brings together people from different countries, ethnic backgrounds, and professions, with official delegations from over 50 countries consisting of celebrities and artists, government officials, representatives of international organizations, businesspeople, experts, and the mainstream media.

Holding the 12th St. Petersburg International United Cultures Forum during the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia ensures the greatest possible exposure for the programmes that seek to preserve cultural diversity and tradition, create an opportunity to exchange experience with the preservation of cultures, traditions, and worldviews, and shine a light on measures capable of saving minority cultures from extinction and promoting greater justice and equality between people groups.

The Forum is expected to produce new international and interdisciplinary projects to respond to the challenges of our time and unify our shared cultural space.
